Meet our girl Lotti. She was turned into a local shelter and was on the euthanasia list due to the shelter being full. She lost her home due to no fault of her own. She is a big girl, and needs to lose a couple pounds. She's been on a weight loss plan with her foster, and doing very well. Lotti is very sweet, laid back, and loves to go on walks and rides in the car! She thinks cats are for chasing, so no cats or small dogs. Lotti would do well in a home without children and as an only dog. She will need an experienced owner due to her size and temperament, which means she is so smart she needs to know what is expected of her. Lotti is very well behaved and aims to please. She is Red Tick Coonhound / Labrador Retriever mix. Lotti lives in a foster home, and is doing great. Lotti is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Please fill out an application if you are interested in this sweet gal. Apply online at: http://www.luckydogrescue.org/dog-adoption/0000000860

About Lucky Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Lucky Dog Rescue came into existence after one individual started saving one dog at a time back in late March of 2004. It began as a Dalmatian rescue, originally named Phoenix Dalmatian Station.

After seeing so many nice, highly adoptable dogs sitting in concrete cells in the county shelters, being put to sleep when no one came to the rescue, it quickly evolved into an all breed commitment, and we began saving several other breeds and mixes too! We are now a growing group of dog lovers who help all breeds and are committed to giving dogs a second chance at finding a forever home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our dogs can be seen at weekly adoption events throughout the valley or by appointment. Please visit http://www.luckydogrescue.org for the most current information.

Our Adoption Process...

Our current adoption fee for adults (> 8 months old) is $250 and for puppies (< 8 months old) the fee is $300. The Adoption fee for senior dogs (7+ years) is $200. These fees cover the vaccines, microchipping, neuter/spay surgery, county license, and vet check for the dog.

Before an adoption can take place we do require that all potential adopters fill out an application. Once the application has been approved a home visit may be conducted. All adopters must sign a contract in order to finalize the adoption.
