Facts about Alexis

  • Breed: Boxer
  • Color: Brindle
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Alexis is a sweet brindle girl with just a touch of flash and a beautiful smile, who loves to snuggle and hug. This 4 year old girl is right at home hanging out with her skin kid and playing dress up. Alexis is taking preventive medication for tick borne illnesses as all of our rescues from south Texas do, and although she is heartworm positive she is not symptomatic. ABR works with the forever family for treatment, treatment that does not have to be as difficult as it once was.

Alexis is working on crate training and does not do well when left alone for long periods but does not have accidents in her crate. She is house trained so long as you remember to let her outside on a regular basis. She loves to take adventures and is wonderful on leash and in the car. She really wants to play with all the kids she sees. Alexis is very well mannered and does not jump up on kids, adults or furniture. She is attentive and obedient; but especially she is a lovable snuggler. You’ll see when you meet her.
