Facts about Big Boy

  • Breed: American Bulldog/Alaskan Malamute Mix
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate - With White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Unknown
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10359216

Big Boy was put out by his previous owners who no longer wanted him. A neighbor took him in and has been caring for him until he finds his forever home. Big Boy is pretty low key but doesn't care for small dogs or cats. He is housetrained and up to date on his vaccines and neutered however he is heartworm positive and is being treated by the method that includes giving medication once a month.(Not a big deal, right?!) He has his doggie manors but does exhibit separation anxiety and would do best with a family where there is always a member home. He is currently out of state by we are hoping to find that one person willing to take a chance on this sweet diamond in the rough!

About 3 Hearts 4 Paws Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue organization fueled by our love of animals and the wonderful volunteers who support us and give freely of their time and dedication to the rescue efforts.

3 Hearts 4 Paws Animal Rescue was founded with love and passion and is dedicated not only to the lives of those we save, but to the so many lives that are lost. We are a non profit organization comprised of volunteers who give selflessly and open their hearts and their homes, as a stepping stone to the permanent home every rescue animal dreams of. We are not a shelter, each of our rescues are cared for in the warmth of their foster homes, as we help them on their journey waiting for the place they can call their own.

We are primarily a canine rescue, pulling dogs from high kill shelters across the U.S. Our goal is to save as many lives as we possibly can and to bring an awareness to those around us of the pain and suffering that occcurs in puppy mills and the fate that awaits those thrown away to a shelter. PLEASE...Adopt...don't Shop!

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with the application. All required fields must be completed in order for your application to be considered. It's important that we place the right dog with the right family. Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment...please ensure you have considered this commitment before submitting an application. Once all reference checks are completed, you will be notified if your application has been approved. Upon approval of your application, a "meet and greet" is scheduled. All of our rescues are fostered in loving, caring homes until we find the right permanent home for them. Our foster volunteers will contact you to make arrangements to meet your potential new family member. A home visit is required before we will place any of our rescues in a forever home. Upon completion of a successful home visit, an adoption contract is completed. Adoption fees typically range from $175 to $375..
