Neon ☀️ about a year old, 15-19 lbs.
Neon is an absolute goofball who would love his own forever home 🏡 he's a super small dog, possibly a chi/pug mix.
He loves his squeak toys (he didn't really know what they were before he came to me), any (I do mean ANY) kind of treat, frustrating treat puzzles, and bandanas are the only attire he doesn't chew off! 😉
