Stone's Story...
Stone is a Jack Russell/Doxie mix who is approximately 8 years old though he has the energy of a 2-year-old dog. He is all brown but with the total JRT look! He is a funny, lovable guy who enjoys jumping, running after balls and cuddling. He loves to play with his toys and he enjoys the company of other dogs as well as kids. No hug is too much or too tight for Stone. Stone does fine riding in the car and he loves to have his head out the window to smell the fresh air. Just like most Jacks, Stone loves to go on walks but he also enjoys just hanging out in the yard. He is crate trained and ready for his forever family. If you’d like to adopt Stone, please contact MAJR.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stone, a Blue Bell Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund for sale in Blue Bell, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Blue Bell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Blue Bell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Blue Bell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Blue Bell paves the way for another one to be saved.
