Tara (Blind)'s Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tara (Blind)'s Story...
This sweet girl arrived with a raging fever. Tara developed a horrible infection in her eyes. After weeks of antibiotics and eye ointment, she lost her sight. I am absolutely amazed at how well she gets around. You would not know she was blind if you couldn't see her face! Tara climbs the cat tower, jumps on furniture, loves the scratching post and gets along fantastically with everyone. Her favorite place to play is inside of a long crinkly tunnel. Tara is very snuggly & affectionate. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations. She is another one of my fosters that I absolutely LOVE! She is available for adoption: https://form.jotform.com/62063864425154

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tara (Blind), a Anderson Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Anderson, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Anderson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anderson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anderson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anderson paves the way for another one to be saved.
