Hello! My name is Aveda and I am a beautiful 73.5-pound American Bulldog mix. I am around 4 years-old.
I was found running on the interstate 85. I was skinny and had skin issues…frankly, I looked pitiful. I was rescued by Angels and now, everyone says I am beautiful! My coat is shiny and I filled up nicely. I am a happy and healthy girl!
I am not the most elegant girl, but I am very funny and goofy…my foster mom says that sometimes I look like a bull in a china store…! But above all, my best quality is I am a love bug and I love to give kisses!
My foster mom says it is hard to resist my deep brown eyes. I know how to use them to get your attention and get affection! I am a happy girl and my tail keeps wagging!
I am house-trained and crate-trained...I actually like to race you to my crate! When I am in the yard, I love to roll, and roll and roll on the grass! It feels soooo good! I like to run around but frankly, rolling around is the best! I love walking too and I am very good on the leash. But I also like to take loooong naps. If you work at home, I will nap quietly next to you. I have been sweet with all the kids and grown-ups I have met. I am curious about babies in people’s arms so I might be better in a family with older kids. It is true that because I love attention, I have a tendency to stay too close to people and sometimes, you might stumble on me.
I need slow introduction with other dogs and I play well with them, but it is better if I am your only dog. I haven’t been tested with cats. And frankly, I am so sweet, calm, goofy and cute that I might just be the only one that you need!!!
