Please welcome Ms Maisie to Lucky K9 Rescue.
Maizie is good with other dogs and LOVES her people. She has some hip/leg issues that still need to be taken care of but all that will be covered by the rescue. She just deserves to be in a home rather then boarding.
She came to us after being a teaching tool at a local vet tech school.
But since they were done with her and she had other medical issues too big for them to handle she was sent back to AC to be euthanized....
Thanks to the caring vet tech students we where able to get her pulled and will make sure she gets the surgery she need to live a happy life!!

Lucky K9 Rescue is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to restoring the dogs under our care to the best physical and emotional health as reasonably possible as they await placement in loving, responsible homes.
We pride ourselves in getting to know each and every dog in our care. When selecting forever home we strive to place the dogs into a family that meets the needs of both the prospective adopter as well as the adoptable pet. We often get multiple application on one dog and will select the best possible applicant for that particular pet.
All potential adopters or fosters are required to complete an application, provide vet/reference contact(s) and agree to a home visit. Completing an adoption application DOES NOT commit you to adopting any of our pets, nor does it guarantee approval for adoption for a particular pet.
If you are interested in adopting you will need to complete an adoption application prior to scheduling a meet & greet with the pet you are interested in! You can complete an adoption application at: http://www.luckyk9.org/adoption-application
If you are interested in fostering you can complete a foster application at: http://www.luckyk9.org/foster-application
