Nitro's Story...
How cute is little Nitro!! This ADORABLE little 3 month old white and grey kitten is ready to join his new fur-ever family. Nitro is full of fun playful, kitten energy, and almost always has the staff and volunteers laughing with his silly kitten antics. He is surely going to become a wonderful new companion for a lucky new adopter. Nitro is just starting to show off his goofy personality, and loves chasing after the laser pointer dot, or play wrestling with the other kittens in the adoption center. One tuckered out from playtime, he looks for his favorite person to snuggle up with for his nap. Nitro is just a little baby, and will quickly adjust to a new home with other cats, dogs, and kids of any age. He is up to date on his vaccinations, is microchipped, and will be neutered once adopted. Stop by to visit with this adorable little guy today! We are open from 12-6 daily!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nitro, a Benbrook Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
