Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

SARGE's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

SARGE's Story...
In bittersweet news... This handsome fellow is back with us... He had transferred to an adoption partner of ours that has an adoption facility open to the public but just wasn't doing well in a kennel environment even though he was an all star in playgroups... Sooooooo we went to pick him back up and he is now looking for his FOREVER HOME.

For those who don't remember Sargent Onyx is the boy who was found in the Lancaster area protecting his dead buddy on the side of the road for hours. He has been through so much and has shown such loyalty that we are determined to find his forever people.

He is 4 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, chipped, LOVES other dogs of all sizes, thinks chasing cats is a little too much fun, is fabulous in the car, is very active, loves to give kisses, oinks like a pig, and just wants to be around his people.

Help us share Sarge and find his forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SARGE, a Santa Clarita American Staffordshire Terrier/Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Boston Terrier for sale in Santa Clarita, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Santa Clarita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Clarita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Clarita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Boston Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Clarita paves the way for another one to be saved.
