Rescued from a kill shelter and barely 8 weeks old and adopted as a kitten. Sadly her people recently were divorced. The husband said he found her a home but she was found outside in July! She was taken to the spca and we were contacted.
She was in rough shape - mats, fleas, underweight.... And sadly when we combo tested her she came back felv positive. The test was very faint, but we need to isolate her until we can retest her.
Poor Shizzle! She was an indoor cat her whole life and some jerk put her outside and she was exposed to a disease. She is starved for attention and would still love a family of her own! If you do not have any other cats or if you have a Leukemia positive cat, would you consider her? She is LOVELY!! No adoption fee.....we just want her to be loved. She may live 2 years....she may live 10. It is so hard to say with this disease....or maybe when we retest her she will be negative!
This is one special, sweet girl. Born November of 2011. Please give this sweet girl a chance.
