Pebbles's Story...

Pebbles is a 2yr old, ~45lb sweet Pit mix. She has gorgeous eyes, one blue and one brown and a beautiful brindle and white coat! She came to Pugh Zoo from Prince George's County animal shelter where they were out of space and they were desperate to find her a rescue or she would of been killed to make room for others. Pebbles is happy, sweet girl that loves people. She even enjoys time relaxing in the baby pool! We can't wait to learn more about this beauty and find her the perfect furever home!! Pebbles is microchipped, spayed and up to date on vaccines with an adoption fee of $275.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pebbles, a Jarrettsville Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Jarrettsville, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Jarrettsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jarrettsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jarrettsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jarrettsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
