Pinto's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pinto's Story...
Pinto is approximately 8 years old and is a Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. He is neutered, up-to-date on shots and HW negative. For Pinto, age is just a number he's still very active and playful, but also knows how to kickback and relax. He's very sweet and friendly and gets along great with dogs and cats. Currently lives with 3 small dogs and 2 large dogs and 4 cats. Due to his sweet personality his foster mom also thinks Pinto would do well with kids. Pinto loves to run and explore and has a tendency to try to run out of the door, therefore a fenced in yard would be best for him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinto, a Sanford Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua for sale in Sanford, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Sanford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sanford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sanford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sanford paves the way for another one to be saved.
