My story

Lucy #16-116. Arrived 3/2016 at 3-4 years old.
Lucy is a sweet girl that needs reassurance that all is good in the world. She worries that she is right and she worries that when she is wrong that there will be a bad response from the humans. We all love watching the joy our dogs have when a toy is thrown or their mouth finds the squeaker. Lucy doesn't know how to enjoy that experience yet. It worries her that toys bring out animation in the humans. As you can see in a couple of her photos though, Lucy knows and loves the game of catching treats in the air; she is very good at it! What Lucy does like the best is calm, gentle petting and attention given to her quietly. Lucy will be a quick bond to the people who respect her for what she is, and let he take the time she needs to experience all that life has to offer. Lucy is beautiful and her beautiful hazel eyes will cut right through you and melt your heart with just a glance.
