Luna - Watch My Video!'s Story...
Meet Luna!

Luna loves to spend time with her humans, including children. She does require a pet parent with dog experience as she is a young adolescent (1 1/2 years old) and can have a short attention span but she is a good listener. She will do best in an active home with a pet parent who will set clear boundaries. Luna gets along well with other dogs and goes to doggy daycare.

We believe Luna is possibly a mix between a Boxer, Great Dane, or maybe Rhodesian Ridgeback. One guess is as good as any other. She is only 50-55 pounds but tall, slender, and long limbed. Her current foster home is an apartment and she does just fine there.

Luna has lived with a family since she was a puppy so she is fully housetrained and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna - Watch My Video!, a Vancouver Great Dane/Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane/Greyhound for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Great Dane/Greyhound dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane/Greyhound breeders who help with Great Dane/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
