Dovey is a sweet black kitty born in mid November 2014. She came to Desert Paws with her own kitten and then took on and nursed seven other orphan kittens. She was named Dovey because she coos like a dove. She likes to play and she often seen carrying her toy mouse around. She was a very good mom and is now ready to find a home of her own. She would do best in a quiet household as she tends to be a bit on the shy side. She doesn't seem to be a lap cat but does like to rub up against you and she loves to be brushed. She has already been spayed, has tested negative for FELV and FIV (feline immune virus), has an identification micro-chip, and is current on her vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Dovey, please fill out the cat consultation form (on the website www.desertpawsrescue.org) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
