Quincy Jones's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Quincy Jones's Story...
Quincy Jones was rescued from a very busy area of a local town, where he was not welcome.  He was in bad shape when rescued.  He was very badly matted and the vet had to clip off half his coat.  That was two months ago and his coat has grown back.  His teeth were also in bad shape and during his dental, he had to have seven extractions. Now his mouth is in good shape and he can eat anything he wants.

While living at the clinic, he has made many friends. human and feline.   His caretakers love having him there, but its time for him to find his forever home.  He would do best without small children and a lot of activity.  He gets along with all the other cats, but is not familiar with dogs.  He will sit with you all day.  He gives head butts and lots of love.

Quincy Jones is neutered, litterbox trained, is up to date on vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. He is estimated to be 8 years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quincy Jones, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
