Foster's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Foster's Story...
Foster, always the first to greet someone at the door, is a congenial buddy who loves attention and returns affection generously. He does, however, have foot fetish, or rather, he has a major devotion to shoes with shoelaces. He will be happy to sit on your shoe and unravel (or knot) your shoelace. He loves petting, cuddling, and belly rubs, and can get comfortable in a lap. He does love to play with toys too, but watch out when he spots a shoelace! He is close to brother Glenwood.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Foster, a Brooklyn American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
