Sadie's Story...
My name is Sadie and I'm a 12 weeks old Border Collie/Beagle mix. I came to the shelter when my previous owner didn't want me anymore. I came in with a broken leg. With a little TLC and patience I will be as good as new really soon! I'm a fun and happy girl who loves to play with my toys and the other animals in my foster home (cats and dogs). I would best fit in a home with older children, I still like to nibble and jump. I would also like to be in a home that has other pets so I have someone to play with! I have been spayed, micro chipped, vaccinated, started on heart worm and flea preventative and my leg is on the mend. If you would be interested in adding me to your family complete and application online at www.randolphhumane.rescuegroups.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Sunset Hills Border Collie/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Beagle for sale in Sunset Hills, or seeking a Border Collie/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Sunset Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sunset Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sunset Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Beagle breeders who help with Border Collie/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sunset Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
