Sonny's Story...
Meet Sonny! He is 2 years old, neutered, great with little dogs but not big dogs, great with cats and loves children. He weighs around 20 pounds. He is high energy and needs a fenced in back yard. After a good romp he loves to lay in your lap. Would be great with a family with high energy children that love to play in the backyard. He DOES shed even though he is wiry haired.

Please let us know if you are interested in meeting Sonny.

Adoption fee is $85.
Adoption application at www.maxshope.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sonny, a Hopkinsville Norfolk Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norfolk Terrier for sale in Hopkinsville, or seeking a Norfolk Terrier dog from a breeder in Hopkinsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hopkinsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hopkinsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norfolk Terrier breeders who help with Norfolk Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hopkinsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
