Rocky's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with cats.

Rocky's Story...
Rocky and his brother Apollo have been together since the beginning. Both were surrendered together and were backyard dogs. They are bonded but have been separated on short occasions. They are large pups that need some love and an experienced foster. We believe they would do okay separated but tend to be anxious. They feed off each other's energy when together. Please contact www.georgiapettails.org for more information about either of these pups.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Lawrenceville Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Lawrenceville, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Lawrenceville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceville paves the way for another one to be saved.
