A FRIENDLY CONSTANT COMPANION: 10 years old / 8 lbs. Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm. Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays. I’m a little sweetie pie who is happy to be in a foster home now while I wait for my new forever family to find me. I’ll become deeply attached to my humans pretty quickly and really just want to be with them whenever they are home. I’m happiest when I’m curled up in your arms or right next to you. I’ll whine or bark if I know you’re home and can’t get to you or if I need attention. So please make sure you have lots of time to cuddle with me. I’m great at using potty pads in between going outside, while my family is away and at night time too, so please have those for me so we don’t have accidents. I need to gain some weight and my foster family is mixing a little water in my dry food and a spoon of wet food too and I’m eating well now so I should start gaining. I am a bit protective of my food, so just feed me separate if you have another dog. I may like a doggie friend to play with in my new home, but we should meet as I didn’t like all dogs at the shelter. Cats, I’m not too sure of, sometimes I ignore them and sometimes I chase them. I hope you’ll let me sleep with you. It’s going to get cold soon, and I’ll climb right under the covers and keep you warm! I enjoy the outdoors too when there’s time for me to sniff around and sit in the sunshine. I liked the gentle kids that came to visit me when I was at the shelter, they were respectful of little dogs, but best no toddlers as I’m small. Best no apartments/condo type home since I do bark for attention. I’ve had my teeth cleaned so they are good now and my eyes were looked at because some folks though I had beginning cataracts, but the vet reported, no cataracts! Energy level: 4 – 6. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spayed and my adoption fee is $275.00.
