Please consider that many of these dogs have been abandoned, ignored by their previous owners, or turned in to a shelter, having little interaction with someone who cares about them. When adopted, they will need time to adjust to the changes in their life.
Kalina is available on "FOSTER TO ADOPT" basis to someone who is willing to love her and work with the uncertainty of her prognosis.
Kalina is a beautiful 10 month old GSD who was relinquished to us when her owners could no longer care for her. Although X-rays of her hips looked good, we took her to a specialist for a follow up visit because of her unusual stride. She feels Kalina had a injury to her spine at one time, which may cause her unusual walk. Other issues have not been ruled out. Kalina shares her foster home with two other dogs and some cats and she's doing well. Her foster mom says Kalina demonstrates some fear based barking upon meeting a new dog but she settles down quickly and wants to play. Kalina's house trained, crate trained and rides great in the car. Like most puppies, she will chew things if not supervised, especially cords. Kalina's adoption fee is $200
Although we do our best to keep our adoptable animals page as current as possible, not all the animals you see may be available . We get dogs often, so get your application in, and we will do our best to match the best dog to you and your circumstances.
