My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rex is an adorable outgoing puppy who has never met a stranger. He loves attention and walks well on a leash, although he still needs to learn his other basic commands. He gets along well with dogs large and small, likes kitties (though sometimes they don't appreciate his playfulness), and is used to living peacefully with other farm animals. He is being treated for a noncontagious skin condition call demodex. His fur will grow back soon and no further treatment will be needed. He is going to be a big boy, he's about 50lbs now and will likely get a big larger. He is working on crate training and will make someone a wonderful best friend!
Background - this pup was spotted living in the redlands after being abandoned. He was rescued off of Krome a few weeks ago, and no owner was able to be located. He has a very tight chain around his neck that had to be removed with bolt cutters. He is now fully vetted and will be ready for a loving home next week.
