Zoe is a 12-year-old, mixed breed, spayed female dog who weighs 55 lbs. She is in great shape and loves people of all sizes. I have had her since she was a puppy, but I am no longer able to meet her needs due to family changes. I am looking for a foster home for her for the time period of August – November, 2017 (possibly December).
Zoe is best in a home that has no other pets and where the person works from home or is retired and can be with her most of the time. Zoe has a history of occasional panic attacks and we are currently experimenting with a new medication that has made a huge difference. I am also currently working on kennel training her and am having success (the kennel - 5x10x6- would come with her if you choose so you would have that as a resource if you need to leave her alone).
Aside from her anxiety, Zoe is very easygoing and loyal. She is incredibly loving and very smart. In her advanced age she has become less interested in long walks and often prefers the occasional meandering and sniffing of the “local paper”. I would continue to provide her food, treats, medications, and pay for any reasonable veterinary bills. Please email me if you or anyone you know may be a good candidate for her. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you so much. Email Judy Osman at
