Here's what the humans have to say about me:
GUS - Male, beagle mix, 9yrs, 65 lbs
Gus really wants to please!! He has been living in an outdoor kennel with other dogs for "forever" at the home of a rescuer who bites off more than she can chew. She has now relocated to another state, leaving the dogs behind for others to care for.
From Gus' foster mom: Immediately when I met Gus my heart melted. I had to hold back the tears. He is an old soul with lots of love to give. Clearly a senior but that doesn't hold him back. He loves his walks (at a slower pace) and loves being around us and our furry family. He loves companionship!!! He knows his name and clearly knows what the sound of the leash means. Smart fellow. He hasn't chased one kitty yet. He actually is a little timid around them. So glad he was rescued and now can live out the rest of his life being loved.
***Woof.. Please know that the rescue has posted all the information that they have on me here. As my foster family gets to know me they will post updates, so please check back! If you are interested in me please fill out an application at www.petsaliveniagara.ca/adopt and one of my friends will get back to you within 2 to 5 business days.***
