Quinn's Story...
Quinn was rescued from a high kill shelter, he has been neutered, vaccinated, and treated for worms and fleas. He is a very small Sheltie mix, After careful observation, we now seriously believe he is a TOY Sheltie, only 8.6 pounds. We do expect him to weigh more now that he is eating much better foods. Quinn was SAFR tested and passed w/ flying colors. We brought him to our rescue group because he was not doing well in a shelter environment, too scared to eat! His days were numbered, I was told we were his last chance... Yes, that's all I had to hear. He is little nervous at first, but warms right up. He is very sweet and friendly. Definately a lap dog. He was tested with children and does just fine. He is nervous around other dogs, and would not do well with an agressive, or dominant dog. We gave Quinn a second chance at life, can you now give him the Life he deserves? It may take a little while to fit in, but there is no breed more loyal that Sheltie. You will have a friend and companion who truely loves you for the rest of his life. Quinn enjoys going for walks, he likes to fetch, he tolerates being brushed, sleeps on the bed with you, and naps snuggled in your lap. This is an amzing little guy!! We just love having him at our house. Quinn's adoption fee is $250.00, E-mail us for an application. Thanks so much for giving Quinn a second chance at a perfect life! He really deserves it!!

Please be aware that it is the opinion of this rescue group, in conjunction with dog behaviorists, that a young puppy benefits greatly with proper socialization. We will only place puppies younger than 6 months, in homes where they have the opportunity to be with someone all day, or travel to work, or have special arrangements, such as Puppy DayCare, Dog Walker, etc.

Breed Selection is 'Best Efforts' given by shelter staff, veterinarians and rescue volunteers. No guarantees are implied.
