Sushi is a 2-3 year old female cream (light fawn?) brushcoat shar pei. Sushi is a love with people, unless you are the vet...then not so much. Because of her poor reaction with vet, we'd like to put her in a home with older children (over 12 - no pulling, poking, riding, etc). She is good with most dogs with a proper introduction, but is definitely dominant and stubborn female (typical shar pei) - will do best with very submissive dogs (probably males) or as an only dog.
She will hunt birds, cats, small animals - so definitely no cats / birds / gerbils / hamsters / etc in home.
That all being said, she can be a real love...knows sit and gives kisses. Rides well in the car, crate trained. She does get very bonded to her "person". She is not a yard barker (unless there is a reason).
Sushi is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She has also had eyelid entropion surgery. She is available for adoption at www.PeiPeople.com (where you can find an application to meet her!)
