Beck has a BIG personality with a bit of puppy playfulness in a grownup (65lb) body! He is such a fun loving sweet boy. He loves to be around people, go on run/walks, and to ride in the car. Beck has been raised inside around people since he was 6 weeks old - he loves his comfort!
He also loves to snuggle, and to play with toys and bones. He knows many commands...sit, lay down, place, door manners, etc and is a quick, eager learner! He is very well leash, crate, and house trained. His date of birth is April 29, 2013. He gets along with most dogs but does not like the hyper 'in his face' types. He hasn’t been around cats much, so we’re unsure how he is with them. He is not good with young children but great with adults. Beck does best in a structured environment, with an experienced owner, and loves to have a job (he's pretty good at catching flies!)
If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt. Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.
Beck is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.
