I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Coco (formerly known as Wyatt)'s Story...
Meet Coco, a beautiful 9 yr old boy who recently found himself homeless. We are still learning about his personality. Coco seems to be a calm and quiet boy who doesn’t ask much.
He has been given the opportunity to scout around the garden and seems to enjoy visiting the outdoors. He would probably need to be an indoor/outdoor kitty with a safe outdoor space. And always indoors at night.

We do know that he would not be good with young children. Also, it would be best if he were in a cat savvy home with an experienced caregiver. We think he would be a wonderful companion for an adult household.

We will be posting more about this beautiful long-haired kitty as we learn more about him while he is in foster care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco (formerly known as Wyatt), a Novato Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Novato, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Novato.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Novato already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Novato breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Novato paves the way for another one to be saved.
