"Sammy" (female) was found injured along a busy highway near a curb store. Her tail had been injured (possibly by a car engine she possibly crawled into to find warmth during the cold weather at the time) and was literally rotting off. In order to save her life, her tail was amputated so she now sports a small stub of a tail. She has since recovered and is ready for her Forever Home.
"Sammy" is a very friendly / "balanced" kitty and adapts quickly to new environments. She has been around cats and "cat friendly" dogs in the Foster Home where she recovered. She has surely used up 1 of her 9 lives with her tail injury, but thanks to a Good Samaritan, her life was saved and she seems to understand how to appreciate the gift of life she still has. "Sammy" has so much love to share with her Forever Family.
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc.
