Hello, my name is Shadow. My foster mom says I'm the worlds BEST cuddler! I am a 4 year old female lab mix - but I'm a small lab mix as I only weigh about 40 lbs.  I have cute ears that flip flop around and sometimes even flip inside out! I wag my tail alot and am the happiest when I'm around my people! I'm super sweet and just a little bit curious. I’m a little shy with new people, but given some time to warm up, I am an absolute sweetheart.
I'm kennel trained, potty trained and I don't bark much at all. I recently finished a basic obedience class and do great on a leash and using my gentle leader. I do well with commands like sit, down, stay, back, leave it, and look at me.
My foster mom says I am a very special dog and that I have a rare autoimmune disorder. I will always be on medicine, but since they give it to me inside of treats I don’t mind taking it!
I enjoy walks and have a medium energy level so it's great if I can get a daily walk.  I love other dogs and am very friendly with them once I get to know them.  I don't live with a cat now, but I have in the past and was ok with them.
