My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Thomas is a Shih Tzu mix. He was found thrown into a trash can in a thunderstorm late on a Friday afternoon. He was covered in fleas, and had been sorely neglected. He is approx 8 years old and 8.5 lbs. He is just the sweetest little dog. We had him groomed and he had some really bad flea dermatitis. We have had him on medication for this and his coat is starting to grow back, but will be a few months before it all fills in. He had some dry eye and we have been treating and it seems to have cleared up. After a visit to our ophthalmologist, they decided to keep him on some eye meds for a while longer to aid his eyes in healing. He loves people and is quite the lap dog. He rides well in the car and wants to sit on the front seat or your lap. He seems to be pretty well house broken but not perfect yet. He does well on leash. He is going to make a great companion for someone..

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3.
