If the dog/puppy appears on this site as adoptable, they are still available.
Ruby was adopted from a rural shelter last year and then surrendered when the owner learned she had gotten pregnant!! The poor girl would not have made it out of the shelter alive unless a rescue group saved her. Thankfully, this beautiful girl found a loving foster home willing to house her and wait for her babies to come.
Ruby is doing wonderfully and giving birth to several babies tonight. She will be available for adoption in around 8 weeks after fulling weaning her pups. She is a wonderful, sweet and fun loving dog. She has done great with all the vet visits and strangers helping her bring these puppies into the world. Her turn will come to have a wonderful home!
She will be at the October 2 event at Pet Supermarket in Burlington from 11-2. Please consider giving Ruby a home with you!! Apply online today: http://www.oldnorthcanine.com/our-adoptable-dogs/
