IDGSR welcomes Flavia into the safety of the rescue!!!
Flavia is a female German Shepherd mix who is 1 year old and weighs 50 lbs. She was saved from death row at a high kill shelter and is now in a foster home. Her foster mom reports that Flavia is one of the easiest and nicest dogs that she's fostered. Flavia loves people and gets along great with other dogs. The name Flavia means "golden" in Latin and she really is a golden girl, not just in color but in personality too. Sweet, affectionate and playful. Flavia has a lot of love to give and wants a family of her own.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
