Helping Paws is a 501(c)3 non-profit no-kill shelter that was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, Helping Paws rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes abandoned, neglected, surrendered, and stray dogs and cats that would otherwise face euthanasia. All our rescues are evaluated regarding their health, temperament, and other characteristics to evaluate their suitability for placement into adoption homes. Helping Paws provides excellent care for each pet, medical and emotional, and matches each pet with the best home for its needs in order to ensure a lifetime of safety, love and companionship.

Our Adoption Process...
Visit the animals available for adoption to find the one(s) who might be right for you.
Fill out an adoption application that tells us about yourself and your household so we can facilitate the match-making process.
Talk to a staff member to learn more about your prospective companion and to determine if he or she is truly right for you.
Decide whether or not to adopt.
Go through the adoption materials with the staff member. You will receive information about your animal's vaccination history, as well as other information that will help you once you get your new companion home.
Thank You! Your message has been sent to Helping Paws Animal Rescue Inc.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
