Butter and Scotch were 2 young puppies when they were found abandoned in a field near a residential neighborhood. Thank goodness for the kindness of the passerby who thought he saw something rustling in the field. He walked in and came back out with the 2 precious girls, and that day became the first day of the rest of their lives!
Scotch was born ready to see and explore the world!! She rushes up to introduce herself to every new person -- to her, everyone's a friend! She was the first to figure out how to climb over the baby gates at her foster home and the expression on her face was priceless when she finally accomplished it -- sweet victory! The other dogs and puppies at her foster home thought they could hide bones from her - - not anymore! She's as clever as she is adorable!! Foster mom calls her the "Toy Thief". And she loves to plays this little game with the others where she runs up to them at full speed and then takes off in a flash -- silly tease!! It's really just all to get them to engage in her most favorite game, "Catch me if you can!" Scotch is only about 14 weeks old (but don't tell her that!), she weighs about 15 pounds making us think she'll be in the 40 pound range fully grown. We have no idea what her true mix is, but she's a very healthy girl.
