I'm Rachel, nice to meet you! I'm a tri-colored Hound beauty with a freckled coat pattern. I'm about three years-old and I'm known around here as Miss Congeniality! I'm always in a good mood, even when I get a bath. I was rescued from a high-kill Southern shelter and I know there's nothing but good things ahead for me! I also get along well with other dogs.

About East Greenwich Animal Protection League

About Our Shelter...

We are a volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter and rely mainly on donations to stay in business. Since the Town of East Greenwich does not have a pound, a small number of us volunteer our time to take in stray and abandoned local animals, as well as dogs rescued from high-kill Southern shelters. Our animals receive an examination, initial vaccines, spaying/neutering, and medical care if needed at the Cranston Animal Hospital where we are temporarily boarding our animals. We are hoping to purchase our own shelter facility and would appreciate donations to our GoFundMe account at https://www.gofundme.com/egaplhome.
