Hi there! My name is Bill, and I'm a new addition at Pawmetto Lifeline. I'm very friendly and social and will immediately approach new people. I'm also a loving cat with an easy-going personality. I enjoy being petted, but not picked up or held. (I'm a big guy.) I have not yet been tested with other cats or kids, and have limited experience with dogs. I am litter box trained. My adoption fee of $100.00 includes my neuter surgery, deworming, microchip, up-to-date vaccinations, and FIV/FELV Combo Test. I've even started on my monthly flea and heartworm preventatives - what more could you ask for?! If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an online application or call a counselor at (803) 465-9150. Hope to see you soon!

About Pawmetto Lifeline

About Our Rescue Group...

Pawmetto Lifeline is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit animal rescue organization solving pet overpopulation in the Midlands. There are over 20,000 homeless pets in the Midlands and over 17,000 are euthanized each year. Our plan uniquely positions us to correct this problem through four distinct initiatives: Adoption, Medical, Rescue Collaboration, and Education efforts.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Pawmetto Lifeline is open for adoptions Monday-Friday from 12 noon-7 pm, Saturday from 10 am-7 pm and Sunday from 12 noon-5 pm. Some cats are also available for adoption daily at all Petsmart locations in the Columbia area. (Currently there are Petsmart locations in Harbison, Lexington and the Northeast on Two Notch Road.)

Our Adoption Process...

All prospective adopters are required to complete an application and go through a short interview process. Once approved the adoption fees are paid and the adopter is able to bring the pet home the same day.

Adoption fees for cats and kittens are $100 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs and puppies start at $150 and include their spay or neuter, all vaccinations appropriate for their age and they are microchipped.
