My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Apollo. Apollo is a 3 year old male Border Collie. He is black and
white with a semi rough coat. He is a beautiful, medium energy boy and
loves to play ball and enjoys squeaky toys. He is great with other dogs and
loves people. Apollo is very affectionate towards humans and will bond
quickly. He is quiet and extremely well-mannered. Apollo is biddable and
is treat motivated. This is one dog that wants to rock your world and he
will do anything you ask of him, whether it is a long hike or cuddle up next
to you to watch a movie.

Apollo is sweet natured and loves to interact with people. Apollo has been
evaluated with the other dogs in our program and he was fine with them.
Apollo is quite obedient and knows his basic commands. He walks well on a
leash and is crate trained. It is apparent that he has had some previous
basic training, as he knows his basic commands. Apollo will make a fine
canine companion as he exhibits all of the lovely traits of a BC, and is not
at all obsessive. Apollo will continue to blossom as his training
progresses under the proper guidance. He's one heck of a nice dog. Apollo
prefers a home that is semi active, and one where can spend a lot of time
with his person. He would be fine as an only dog, however, as with all
dogs, especially BCs, it is important that he continues socializing and
interacting with other dogs. Apollo will require consistent daily exercise
and be given mental stimulation so that he does not become bored or
destructive.

If you are interested in meeting our dogs, please fill out an adoption
application. We require a pre-approved application to be on file before any
meet and greets are scheduled. The electronic application can be found on
