Meet adoptable Carter! Carter is a 7 year old yorkie mix. This little guy has just the most adorable scruffy look! He is working on potty training in his foster home, is crate trained and is good with other dogs. Once he warms up to his people- he's in love! He would do best in a home with older children due to his small size. He's a little gangly and has a hitch in his giddyup- but that doesn't slow him down!
