Bonnie's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING**
Bonnie is 18 months old and an extremely sweet pup. She has a nice blue coat with natural ears and a docked tail. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She's a true velcro-Dobe that loves people, kids, other dogs, and cats. She is potty trained and rides well in a car. Bonnie really needs to have another active dog to play with and help burn energy. She needs a fenced-in yard and obedience classes, like any puppy does, in her new home. She loves to give kisses and snuggle on the couch. She is being fostered in Indianapolis, In and we adopt to Indiana and the surrounding states. Information on the adoption process and applications are at www.DedicatedtoDobes.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie, a Lafayette Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Lafayette, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Lafayette.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lafayette already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lafayette breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lafayette paves the way for another one to be saved.
