**COURTESY POSTING** Loyal Lucy is an extremely sweet and loving American Bulldog mix that was rescued from county, only to end up there again after her adopted family moved and gave her away.  She ended up a stray and her current temporary foster took her in from county so that Lucy could avoid the E-list. Lucy is approximately 68 lbs, although her temporary foster is working on getting her weight down a bit, and working on her leash manners.  She is current on all of her shots, and tested negative for valley fever.  Lucy obviously had a rough start in her life as her teeth are mostly filed down - the vet believes that she was used for breeding, and then as a bait dog. But she doesn't let that get her down, no way! She loves life and her people - she is very loving and wants nothing more than to be near them. She is good with other dogs if given time to do a slow introduction.  She is very cat curious, so a home without felines is best.  She is definitely curious about outside dogs.  Lucy needs to find a more permanent foster situation or a forever home.  Let's help Lucy find that wonderful family that will finally give her the proper loving home this girl so richly deserves.
