Meet Archer! He is around 9 months old and is still growing into his legs. He will be medium size when full grown, and we think he is a Retriever / Pointer mix. Archer is still at the puppy stage, but has to be one of the calmest puppies we have seen. He LOVES to be around people and can get a little excited when you're not around. He would be great with kids as he doesn't jump up on you unless invited, and loves other dogs as long as it is a proper introduction. Archer is doing great with his house training, he's not 100%, but very close. For his age, he does well walking on a leash. Archer is part of our foster program and they say he is learning very fast!

Interested? Please visit  to complete our quick online adoption application from your computer or desktop (not a phone). A representative will email you within 24-hours. Please do not come in until you are pre-approved as you will need an appointment since he is in foster care. Archer's adoption fee is $175 and includes: Neuter, vaccines, microchip, deworming, a heartworm test, a wellness exam, a fecal test, and an offer of pet healthcare insurance for 30-days from adoption date. Thank you!

About Dogs by Debin

About Our Rescue Group...

We were developed based on the fact that there is a gap in the system here locally. The shelters that are open-intake, although they are doing the best they can, they can only do so much. Those shelters are also very stressful to the dogs & this is where we step in. You can consider our place a half-way home for dogs if you will. We allow the dogs to be dogs again, offering them behavioral modification, land to run on, playgroups & necessary vet care. With this being said, our adoption rate is sometimes slowed due to the fact the dog(s) may not be ready for adoption right away. We set our dogs up for success & match them with the right family. Our final goal is to have the adoptions last the dog's lifetime.

Our #1 goal though is to have a dog stay in their current home, should it be safe. We offer counseling & resources to do our best to make this happen. When it's not possible, they may safely surrender the dog to us, provided we have space.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come in and meet our dogs anytime during normal business hours. Our hours of operation can be found on our website at

Our Adoption Process...

We have a Adoption Application located on our website at under the Applications tab. Each potential adopter is required to fill out.

After the Adoption Application is reviewed, and requirements are verified, Dogs by Debin will contact adopter, and if eligible, appointment will be made to come in and meet our dogs.

We try and list our adoption fees when posting our dogs. All of our adoption fees include: Age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, tested for heart worm (if positive, we treat them), and a free training session with our local trainer. If the adoption is a puppy, the training session will be at 4mths or older.
