Trixie's Story...
Meet Trixie!

Everyone wants to say hi to Trixie and Trixie says hello to everyone she meets...by promptly asking for a touch and flipping over for a belly rub. Trixie is about a year old and a petite girl, weighing in around 40 pounds. Trixie is the kind of gal that would love to be someone's running, hiking, adventure seeing buddy. She thrives with both physical and mental stimulation. Trixie is good with other dogs and cats too! Trixie is a busy bee and is always up for a game of fetch, tossing the rope around, chasing toys...and after having a fun filled day, snuggling up on the couch. Trixie would make an excellent agility and/or frisbee dog. She is an adventurous gal with a loving spirit. She is crate and house trained.

A home check, contract and adoption fee is required for Trixie.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trixie, a Mission Viejo Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Mission Viejo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Mission Viejo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mission Viejo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mission Viejo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mission Viejo paves the way for another one to be saved.
