Facts about Daisy

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Calico Or Dilute Calico
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Daisy came to us, along with her sister Michelle. They were abandoned in a barn and were being fed by kind strangers.

Daisy is currently in a foster home with her sister to work on trusting humans. Daisy is still a little nervous, but is coming along nicely. She is a very curious cat. She likes to see where everyone is and what's going on. She also enjoys looking into things to see what they are and how they work...a very smart girl!

Daisy is very playful gal. She loves chasing her toys all over the house! Once Daisy has gained more trust with her foster family, she will be available for adoption and will make a great addition to a furever home.

If you are interested in receiving more information on Daisy, or in giving her a furever home when she is ready, please call Sonia at (416) 771-5397 .

About Friends of Forsaken Animals

About Our Rescue Group...

Friends of Forsaken Animals is a no-kill, non profit, all volunteer organization involved in rescue and adoption of mainly cats. The animals come from the public across Ontario, senior citizens, allergy sufferers, strays and animal control centres. Formed in 1997 by Sonia Trettin it consists of a network of several foster homes in and outside of Metro. Our foster homes match applicants to a cat of their choice based on a pre-adoption interview, considering existing pets and if needed information from veterinary doctor or a visit to the future home. Volunteers also feed, spay/neuter and vaccinate feral colonies of cats in Toronto and vicinity and find homes for the adoptable ones.

Our Adoption Process...

We require an adoption application form to be completed and submitted to for review. Approved adoptor applicants will be contacted for an interview and to arrange a meeting with one of our volunteers to complete the adoption contract and receive your new friend! There could be a delay of several days while this process is performed.
Our standard adoption fee is $175.
