cocoa's Story...
I am a very kind hearted soul , some may even call me an old soul . Typically pretty quiet and stoic . I love other dogs to run and play with and tend to ignore the felines walking around my foster moms house. I am about 6 months old and have been bottle fed from a very young age . I have been neutered , micro chipped and up to date on all my shots. Call today , I am interviewing now for my forever family.
My adoption fee is $450 which includes $150 for transport to approved cities

Why Adoption is a Great Option

cocoa, a Staunton Border Collie/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Chow Chow for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Border Collie/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Chow Chow breeders who help with Border Collie/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
