Dozer's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Dozer's Story...
I’m Dozer. I love people; especially ones that give me massages, playing fetch with me, and let me snooze in the sun. I have a favorite spot, right behind my ears, that I like to get rubbed. When that happens, I make a funny sound, because it feels so good! I get along with the dogs and people I have met here, including respectful children of all ages. I would love to spend my time jogging or wrestling with energetic dogs and people since I’m a really playful guy. I need a house full of soft beds, people who like snuggles, and yummy treats!

All dogs receive their first canine booster, a dose of worming medication; will be heartworm tested and is micro-chipped; The adoption fee is $80 and includes a voucher for a rabies shot and spay/neuter at any TCAP location!

**Do not post animals on Craigslist or E-bay**
Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dozer, a Watauga Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Watauga, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Watauga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Watauga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Watauga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Watauga paves the way for another one to be saved.
