Gigi's Story...
Due to a family emergency, Gigi was brought to our shelter to find a new permanent home. She is house trained, likes dogs and cats. She loves to play but is a little shy with strangers. Gigi also knows basic commands and would love to be part of your family.
Gigi is well tempered, calm, easily excitable, knows sit, loves treats and would be the ideal dog for small kid filled families.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gigi, a Sierra Vista American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer for sale in Sierra Vista, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer dog from a breeder in Sierra Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sierra Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sierra Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sierra Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
