My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET PACO !!
(Please read his description carefully before inquiring) EXPERIENCED ADOPTERS ONLY
Thank you.

Paco is a three to four year old French Bulldog (Frenchie) He is a strong sturdy dog on the larger side for a male Frenchie. But well within the breed standard. Paco is fully obedience trained including crate trained. This includes: sit, stay, down, sit/stay, down/stay, roll over, fetch, drop it, leave it, goes in his crate or on his bed on command. Jumps in the car on command. He is fully housebroken. He will require a close eye or a crate in a new house for the first week or two until he gets used to his new schedule. Paco is amazing off leash. He is not great on a leash and we prefer Someone with a yard for this reason. His prior owners had a two and four year old child. And it was very difficult for them to keep the kids from tormenting Paco. And Paco also wasn't getting the attention he deserved and was used to. So he was surrendered to our rescue where we had an online fundraiser to have his cherry eye tucked. This guy is just adorable and sweet in every way imaginable. Great with kids (older) and adults. Good with female dogs big or small. His foster is a dog trainer and has had Paco with other male dogs. But we are ultimately looking for Paco to be paired with a female dog. Or as an only dog. Paco is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines including rabies. He is a non-barker, housebroken, 100% crate trained. Runs in his crate on his own and gives a high five for a treat or some praise.
Paco is not special needs and has no health issues. BUT will only be placed in a home that fits the following criteria:
You must have prior or current English Bulldog, Pit Bull, bully breed or Frenchie experience. He fetches balls and toys and drops them on command. He is extremely athletic but you must be careful not to overheat him. 80 degrees and below for fetch. Mornings and nights are best. We prefer a home with another bully breed female or Paco can be an only dog. If there are children, they must be 10 to 12 or older. His previous owners said it was hard for them to get their two and four year olds to stop pulling and tugging on him.
Adoption fee $500

Please read everything below, most of your questions may be answered in our description.
All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, dewormed, licensed, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Also included is a free health check by our licensed veterinarian. The dogs that come out of our program are very well socialized when they leave, both with people, and other dogs. It is up to the new owners to maintain this. All of our dogs, young and old are crate trained. This gives the new owner a head start for house breaking, and to curb any separation anxiety and or destructive behavior. Most of our dogs are in foster homes and we are able to tell you lots about each of their personalities. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required. Please direct all questions to smashfacerescue911@yahoo. All our dogs can be seen 7 days a week by appointment ONLY. We are located in Van Nuys 91405. If you are interested in setting up a day and time please send us an e-mail.

Thank you in advance,
